At TIM HORTONS BRIDGWATER, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing administrative support to the management team, coordinating office operations, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
