About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing contracts, and maintaining records.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Management
    • Manage the office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-organized and equipped.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
