Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Mail and Filing: Open and distribute mail, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the sales team's calendars.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and sales data.
- Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience in a sales or administrative role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
