Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Enter data into our computerized information filing systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including sales reports and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience in a sales or administrative role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
