Professional Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure, and be proficient in administrative software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
