Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at GTA Urban Development Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
