Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Joliette Mitsubishi. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Follow-up: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide personalized sales experiences.
- Vehicle Sales and Delivery: Work closely with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, and ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including customer referrals and online leads.
- Lease Renewals: Work with customers to understand their lease renewal needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of pre-owned vehicle inventory and market trends to provide customers with the best possible options.
- Telephone and Email Solicitation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage with customers through phone and email outreach.
Requirements:
- Driver's License: Possess a valid passenger car driver's license.

- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales opportunities and customer relationships.
