Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, developing lead generation strategies, and utilizing CRM to track activity. You will also be responsible for selling and setting up new accounts, training customers on the use and advantages of our web-based shipping and technology, and maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Canadian market
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
- Sell and set up new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Train customers on the use and advantages of our web-based shipping and technology
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with a background in logistics sales preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
- Multi-tasked and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Determined to be part of a winning team and drive sales growth
