Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement local sales strategies in support of our overall business strategies. The successful candidate will actively support the management of key customers, coach and support sales team members, and ensure that sales representatives have a regional business strategy, account plans, and SMART goals in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies in support of overall business strategies.
  • Actively support the management of key customers.
  • Coach and support sales team members to meet individual sales targets.
  • Ensure that sales representatives have a regional business strategy, account plans, and SMART goals in place.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations & Customer Service, PGP Operations, Performance Transformation, Sales Bulk & Onsite, and Support Functions to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Inspire a desire to win and excel among the sales team.
  • Foster open communication and create an atmosphere where timely, quality information flows within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven delivery of superior sales targets.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Industrial product market.
  • Strong People Management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven coaching skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of modern business systems.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
Education and Experience

We require a minimum of 8 years combined sales and management experience, a College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience means four years of experience per year of education required.
