Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Professional to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying their needs and providing guidance on financial solutions.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $33,850 - $43,500 per year. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.

Job Description

As a Business Banking Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and initiating referrals to colleagues.
  • Supporting customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and supporting customers who walk into the branch.
  • Welcoming customers warmly and meeting their banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
  • Offering advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options to make it easy, simple, and fast to bank with us.
  • Reviewing customer profiles and engaging in needs-based conversations to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
  • Contributing to meeting branch business results and the customer experience.
  • Supporting operational activities, such as inventory management, escalated service requests, and following up on customer applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience necessary; a post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable.
  • A high-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Confidence and experience using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  • Highly skilled at helping people who don't find digital applications intuitive to gain confidence in how to use them and understand their benefits.
  • A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
