At Desi Supermart, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and preparing reports on sales and personnel matters. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve customer complaints and supply shortages efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising office and volunteer staff, and coordinating activities of workers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations
* Prepare and submit reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet store goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
