Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
