Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee all aspects of operations, guiding the company towards its goals and ensuring continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's objectives, mission, and vision.
- Provide Visionary Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to inspire staff and stakeholders to work collectively to realize the common goals.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, including financial management, human resources, and administration.
- Manage Budget and Financial Planning: Manage the company's budget and financial planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors: Collaborate with the Board of Directors, facilitating board meetings, providing regular updates on performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the Brand: Represent the brand at events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Lead and Mentor a Diverse Team: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team, prioritizing fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
- Meet with Area Supervisors and Directors: Meet with all Area Supervisors and Directors on a regular basis, to hold staff accountable for quality and operational standards, ensuring customer experience and profitability goals are met.
- Ensure Continuity of Systems: Ensure the continuity of systems such as cleaning, waste tracking, and operational procedures.
- Conduct Spot Checks: Conduct spot checks on performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure Programs Meet Community Needs: Ensure programs meet the needs of the community, with ways to measure impact.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven executive leadership experience ideally in a similar role or industry.
- Qualifications: A visionary leader with the passion to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve the company's business objectives and mission.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management, knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to the service/restaurant/hospitality industry, exceptional strategic planning and organizational development skills, excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
