About the Role

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retirement residences across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute business plans and align them with corporate goals
  • Provide support to Executive Directors in budget development and execution, ensuring optimal financial performance and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the physical well-being of our residences and provide guidance to site management teams
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in the Senior Living industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in operations management, with a strong understanding of retirement residence operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial management, and resident care standards
  • Excellent budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize resource utilization
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions quickly, and mentor, coach, and develop leaders to foster career growth
