Role Responsibilities
The Regional Director of Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities that are vital for the success of the assigned region. Key duties include:
- Promoting operational excellence and ensuring high standards of quality assurance.
- Leading and mentoring Executive Directors to achieve both operational and strategic goals.
- Implementing strategic business plans and effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Managing financial resources efficiently and enhancing organizational communication.
- Conducting regular site visits to oversee residence management and community engagement.
This leadership position requires a strong commitment to maintaining corporate standards and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.

Qualifications for Success

- Experience managing operations across multiple locations, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and mentoring teams effectively.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as required.
