Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute business plans and align them with corporate goals
- Provide support to Executive Directors in budget development and execution, ensuring optimal financial performance and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the physical well-being of our residences and provide guidance to site management teams
- Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in the Senior Living industry or a related field
- Proven track record of success in operations management, with a strong understanding of retirement residence operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial management, and resident care standards
- Excellent budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize resource utilization
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders
