About the Role

The Associated General Contractors Of America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead the Capital Design and Delivery team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall management, design excellence, sustainability, construction management, and delivery of assets
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies, including the state of good repair (SOGR) program
  • Collaborate with other directors to deliver a successful and sustainable asset management and growth program
  • Ensure high-quality urban design, service delivery, and standards that meet community needs and legislative standards
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function (i.e., Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management)
  • Progressive senior-level management experience in planning and development, including capital budgets, financial, and project management
  • Strategic leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team of professionals to think laterally
