Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Match Retail. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles through diverse sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen and promote Match Retail's employer brand.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to identify talent needs and ensure alignment on recruitment priorities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Maximize the use of recruitment technologies and social platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure efficient workload distribution and a high-performance environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong expertise in the recruitment lifecycle, with proven success in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive recruitment strategies.
  • Bilingual French and English preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends, diversity hiring practices, and labor market conditions.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
