Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles, providing expertise across multiple business lines within the organization.

This is a 6-month contract in a hybrid environment, with a focus on building engagement and providing a personalized experience to candidates across various business lines. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs, while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, and a strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and various recruitment tools. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
