Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at TACORIENDO MEXICAN CANTINA INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory and records.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work under pressure to deliver high-quality food to our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
