Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Chef SupervisionLead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
Food Safety and QualityEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work in a rural area, in a restaurant setting.
