We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique Mexican cuisine.
- Chef Management: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
