Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shrink control and inventory management
  • Merchandising and visual presentation
  • Staffing and scheduling
  • Setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Flexible schedule
  • Prior retail management experience

Physical Demands:

8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Important Note:

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
