As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure our team members have the skills they need to succeed
  • Support our store operations with a creative and adaptable approach
  • Promote our Rogers and Fido brands, including our Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage with customers through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
