About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
