At Rogers Communications, we're looking for a talented individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving positive customer interactions and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with accountable leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members have the necessary skills to support the store
  • Support store operations with a creative spirit, adapting to an ever-changing environment
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
