Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Italy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with international partners, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for executing the country key account strategy and plan, ensuring delivery on expectations and adding value to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying needs and enhancing opportunities to meet business targets.
  • Oversee account relationship activities of partner test centres, developing business opportunities within geographies.
  • Provide timely feedback on commercial planning scenarios and achieve sales/account targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of building and maintaining relationships with business/institutional clients.
  • Experience of actively identifying needs and enhancing opportunities with institutional clients.
Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the essential requirements, we would welcome applications from candidates with:

  • Experience working with UK exam boards.
  • Knowledge of the educational sector in the country/region.
  • Experience in or knowledge of business development or marketing in a service sector context.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The estimated annual gross salary for this role is between €29,012 and €39,420, depending on previous relevant experience.
