Software Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Software Sales Director. This key role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving regional new software, renewals, and Professional Services targets. They will set strategy and goals for regional group staff through comprehensive Go To Market Plans and help representatives meet their goals in day-to-day performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Senior & Executive Level Relationships with Customers and Prospects
  • Conduct Weekly Review Meetings with Account Representatives
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CEC (forecast and customer) data through pipeline review meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and bids, as well as follow-up support to all closing sales
  • Identify new sales opportunities and advise sales representatives and assistants on complicated sales and policy issues
  • Interpret sales and management policies for the group
  • Assist in planning and implementation of marketing strategies
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and experience in driving revenue growth. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
