Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Sales Director to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our AWS Agency Division from 2 sellers to a team of 40 sellers with 4 direct sales managers over the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Softchoice AWS Director to ensure this sales organization becomes an onramp for new AWS customer acquisition through a services lead methodology.
  • Develop and improve a training roadmap to upskill reps and managers to deal with complex solutions built on AWS.
  • Build strategic relationships with your AWS counterpart Sales Directors and Partner Sales Directors supporting their territory, leaders, and account managers.
  • Model Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience with proven results, with at least 7 of those years being in a sales leadership position.
  • A degree in business or related field.
  • Ability to execute and collaborate with sales and cross-functional organizations.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with a historical track record of winning new accounts with a services lead approach.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
