Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team at FGL Sports.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in developing and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand equity and sales. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be accountable for providing marketing expertise on projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and be able to think strategically, with excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for briefing, implementing, and tracking campaigns, as well as using research and analytics to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand equity and sales.
  • Contribute to the marketing planning process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Brief, implement, and track campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Use research and analytics to support decision-making and revise creative if needed.
  • Partner with content teams or agency partners to develop and execute creative campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce with a marketing or similar major.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience developing and executing marketing campaigns preferably in an agency, consumer packaged goods, or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans and activities focused on achieving budget, performance targets, and hitting deadlines.
  • Proven record of creativity & innovation in marketing field, with digital experience including website, social media, and digital with mobile-first thinking.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
