Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary with an estimated range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the job requirements, location, and industry standards. Job Description:

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a hybrid work arrangement. You will be expected to work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two assigned days every other week, plus one additional day per month. The role involves participating in Group product development projects, ensuring the sound interpretation and application of actuarial theories and techniques, and managing data to identify risks or opportunities for growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical competence in Excel and other actuarial tools;
  • A strong understanding of actuarial theories and techniques;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills;
