Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Most Convenient #2. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in the retail sector.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Tasks: Perform various tasks such as ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and establishing work schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Accurate, flexibility, organized, reliability, initiative, ability to multitask, and English language proficiency.
