Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers and other individuals via telephone and email.
  • Greet customers and guests in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer account inquiries, pricing questions, and product orders.
  • Manage requests for new account setups and closures.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the appropriate field personnel.
  • Process customer payments and credit notes.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies, receiving and distributing courier and mail, maintaining files.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and database management.
  • Ability to type 60 wpm or more.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
