Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process customer transactions, including payments and credit notes
  • Manage customer accounts, including new account setups and closures
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field personnel
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining files
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and database management
  • Ability to type 60 wpm or more
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
