Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
