Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Manage customer accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and closure.
  • Process customer payments and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail, and maintaining files.
  • Collaborate with field personnel to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education; completion of business administration courses is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and database management; ability to learn new applications.
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and achieving results.
