Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JOSAN FOOD INC. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, dependable, and initiative-driven.
