At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation team. Your expertise will be essential in training staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You'll also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply needs, ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints. Additionally, you'll maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
