- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and take action to resolve issues.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports of sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Accessibility Training: Provide training to staff to create a welcoming work environment for people with disabilities.
- Cultural Competency Training: Provide training to staff to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous people.
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
