Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clad-Tech Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate HR activities to meet organizational goals
  • Direct staff and plan daily operations
  • Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record meeting minutes and prepare reports
  • Plan recruitment strategies and schedule appointments
  • Manage training and development initiatives
  • Answer phone calls and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Oversee employee data analysis and communication strategies
  • Compile data and statistics for reports
  • Advise senior management and respond to employee questions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration and travel arrangements
  • Set up and maintain filing systems and perform data entry
  • Maintain digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Experience in administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
