About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects to ensure seamless office operations
    • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and protocols
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
    • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage Information and Data
    • Compile and maintain accurate records and databases
    • Develop and implement data management systems
  • Support Team Members
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
