Administrative Coordinator

At RCT Superior Contracting Services Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
* Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 30 to 40 hours per week
