About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Plan and organize daily office activities, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
    • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Assist team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Manage Communication and Correspondence
    • Coordinate and manage communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Support Business Development
    • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
    • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain the quality of work products and services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
