Key Responsibilities- Administration Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Filing and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
