The Customer Experience Lead is a key position at Victoria's Secret, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct associates to achieve top-line sales and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Customer Experience
- Lead and direct associates on the sales floor to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coach associates in the moment to improve sales skills and customer service.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain visual standards and merchandise availability to ensure a compelling shopping experience.
- Manage payroll and labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
- Leadership and Development
- Lead by example and demonstrate company values and policies.
- Conduct associate observations and coaching to improve performance and development.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.
- Communicate effectively with associates, managers, and other stakeholders to drive results.

- Excellent Merchandising Skills
- Experience in Retail Sales and Operations
- Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
- Ability to Work Nights, Weekends, and Flexible Schedule
- Ability to Stand for Long Periods and Frequently Bend, Kneel, and Lift
- Ability to Use Technology (Headsets, Mobile Devices, Computers)
The estimated range of compensation for this role is $18.50 - $23.00 per hour, depending on specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
