About the Role

The Customer Experience Lead is a key position at Victoria's Secret, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct associates to achieve top-line sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth and Customer Experience
    • Lead and direct associates on the sales floor to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Coach associates in the moment to improve sales skills and customer service.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain visual standards and merchandise availability to ensure a compelling shopping experience.
    • Manage payroll and labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example and demonstrate company values and policies.
    • Conduct associate observations and coaching to improve performance and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.
    • Communicate effectively with associates, managers, and other stakeholders to drive results.

  • Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand
  • Excellent Merchandising Skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Operations
  • Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
  • Ability to Work Nights, Weekends, and Flexible Schedule
  • Ability to Stand for Long Periods and Frequently Bend, Kneel, and Lift
  • Ability to Use Technology (Headsets, Mobile Devices, Computers)
Compensation

The estimated range of compensation for this role is $18.50 - $23.00 per hour, depending on specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
