Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with responding to customer concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
