Job Summary

Top Aces is a leading aerospace and defense company seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, identify areas for cost savings, and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, and annual budgets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and optimize financial processes.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, finance teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on business financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, and experience with financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
