- Recommend and implement adequate controls to evaluate and detect financial risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
- Supervise a team of 6 financial analysts and support their personal development plans.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 10 years of relevant experience, including employee supervision.
- Professional accountant designation (CPA) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
- Interest in the improvement and development of business processes.
