Job Summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices, managing financial data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management:
    • Enter and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Collaborate with vendors to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies
    • Verify transactions against company guidelines and procedures
    • Submit reports as required to support business operations
  • Office Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to the daily office functions, including ordering supplies and managing mail
    • Perform special projects as assigned by management
  • Functional Support:
    • Assist with billing and query support as needed
    • Manage vendor and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with basic accounting principles and 1 year business certificate preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
Education

Associates degree preferred

Compensation

Range: $38,000 - $47,000
