Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and networks.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical manuals, to support users in their roles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and technical support to our users. Hours:

The User Support Technician will work 35-40 hours per week.
